If you serve as an instructional leader, administrator, math or instructional coach, teacher leader, district staff, MTSS leader, or anyone supporting teaching and learning, KMIT Training is for you!
We know how to identify the problems: math scores, engagement, behavior, instructional gaps… But then what?
KMIT can help move teams and PLCs from problem admiring ➡️ problem solving by connecting the pieces:
📚 KSA Standards → WHAT students need to learn
📖 HQIRs → Resources that support the learning
🔎 KMIT → A lens for examining and strengthening the INSTRUCTIONAL PRACTICES that bring it all together
Those practices don't just impact math scores, they influence engagement, discourse, productive struggle, participation, and behavior.
If math is part of your CSIP, CDIP, MTSS work, PLCs, or improvement priorities, come build a common language and practical lens for moving from “We know there’s a problem” to “Here’s what we can do about it.”
You don’t have to be a math expert, you just need the right lens. 👀
👇 Check out the flyer and join us for KMIT Training!

Dr. Holly Hibbard and Alicia Whitworth had the privilege of spending the morning with all of the amazing math teachers at Corbin Primary, along with their Math KMIT Coach and Assistant Principal, Jessica Epperson!
Corbin Primary uses the KMIT (Kentucky Mathematics Improvement Tool) to conduct classroom observations and use that data to drive meaningful PLC conversations. Today’s training focused on diving deeper into three key components that will help spark and strengthen their math-focused work during PLCs. 📊🧮💡
We absolutely LOVE that, although Corbin Primary already has such strong math practices and classrooms, they are continually looking for ways to grow, reflect, and get even better! 🌟 That commitment to continuous improvement is what makes schools like Corbin Primary so special.
I can’t wait to see all the amazing things they continue to do and watch them ROCK this school year! 🎉📚💙
