Do your teams spend time admiring the data instead of solving the problem? 📊

You’re not alone — and there’s a better way.

Join Dr. Holly Hibbard on April 28 (8:30–3:30) for a powerful day of learning focused on Data-Based Decision Making. This hands-on training will help teams move beyond looking at numbers and start using data to drive meaningful action and solve real problems in schools.

Participants will learn how to:
✔ Use data to identify root causes
✔ Turn data conversations into problem-solving sessions
✔ Create clear action steps that lead to real progress

This training is a perfect fit for schools implementing MTSS or PBIS and is ideal for leadership teams, coaches, and administrators who want to strengthen their systems and supports.

Some of SESC's Mental Health ACCESS Team spent Monday in Wayne County at the District Community Leadership Team meeting, and it was an incredible day of collaboration and connection! 🤝

Six community members joined district leaders along with representatives from local mental health agencies to share the resources and supports they can provide to students who need behavioral and social-emotional support. It was powerful to see so many partners coming together with a shared commitment to supporting students and families.

The day also included interviews with district leaders reflecting on the ACCESS grant and the important work that has taken place over the past year.

It was truly a great day in the district for our team, and we are grateful for the strong partnerships in Wayne County that continue to support student success! 🌟
