The series is the ideal resource for educators who are committed to improving outcomes for learners with autism and other developmental disabilities, and in all types of educational settings. The monthly, one-hour virtual series will include educational programming information centered on current evidenced-based practices. A focus on positive academic and behavioral outcomes for all students is integrated in each session. Participants will gain instructional strategies for implementation with diverse learners. Additionally, resources and interactive follow-up/homework discussion opportunities will be embedded into the series for practice and implementation of skills and recognition of successes.

As part of the SESC-ARP Transition Project, mini-grants are available for high school teachers of students with disabilities during the 23-24 school year. These grants will allow teachers to design Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to meet the needs of individual classrooms. Teachers need only to complete an application explaining the need and how it will be met. If approved, classrooms may receive up to $750 to address transition activities.
