Connect Leadership Community is SESC’s regional support network for school and district leaders, including new and experienced principals, aspiring principals, curriculum and instructional leaders, and superintendents. This community will focus on timely and relevant leadership topics such as school culture and climate, operational and organizational systems, and leadership development. SESC will facilitate meaningful discussions among principals and school leaders across the SESC region, providing opportunities to share successes, reflect on challenges, and collaborate with peers.
