SESC hosted Larry Thompson for an engaging and powerful session on Responsibility-Centered Discipline, and it truly left an impact.
The conversation went beyond behavior management—it focused on building accountability, strengthening relationships, and empowering individuals to take ownership of their choices. The emphasis on respect, consistency, emotional control, and growth really stood out.
SESC is grateful for spaces that encourage learning, reflection, and better ways to support one another. We are looking forward to seeing our districts put these principles into practice!
